To use this online dispute resolution platform, you will need to know basic contact details such as name and street address, of the other party with whom you wish to resolve the pending matter. If you know the other party?s email address it is helpful to enter in order for them to receive an emailed invitation to participate. Alternatively, when the other party receives the notice from the court they will register in the system and be able to participate in the negotiation. Once you enter your and the other party's contact information and case information, you will receive a link to register for an account.
Please note: The other party will not be able to register for online dispute resolution in the small claims court until they have been served with the complaint and summons.
