The Gwinnett County Recorder's Court is happy to offer online case resolution for eligible violations. This program helps you dispose of a case without having to appear in court. You will be discussing your case with a Gwinnett County Assistant Solicitor. Only non mandatory charges can be negotiated through this service. This service is a collaborative effort with a third party and their fee is $9.00.
