Marietta Municipal Court continues to explore and adopt innovative ways to enhance the court's operational procedures to provide individuals with various options to resolve their cases. The Court has implemented this optional online case resolution program that enables individuals accused of certain non-mandatory appearance offenses to dispose of their case without having to appear in court. If you desire to participate in this program, a convenience fee of $9.00 is charged.
