The Illinois 17th Judicial Circuit Court: Winnebago County offers Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for traffic citations and parenting time agreements. ODR provides a fair, effective, and practical way to handle court matters from your phone, tablet or computer at a time that works best for you.

Illinois Parenting Time Template

This is a program to help you and the other parent create a Parenting Plan together. A Parenting Plan sets parenting time and parental (decision-making) responsibilities.

A Parenting Plan is a standardized document approved by the Illinois Supreme Court. This program will help you and the other parent begin conversations about what the final form could look like. If you reach a partial or full agreement, you can print the form and present it to the judge assigned to your case for approval.

ELIGIBILITY

To use this service, you must:

  1. Live, or have a dispute arising in Winnebago County, Illinois.
  2. Have an active email address and access to the internet.
  3. Agree to the terms listed in the Agreement to Online Dispute Resolution.
    The Agreement to Online Dispute Resolution is found on the registration page after parties have completed intake. We'll send a link to register for ODR after you have entered your and the other party's contact information.
  4. Be at least 18 years of age.
