About Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for Misdemeanor Cases

In the State of Arizona, ODR is a procedure that is available (in certain jurisdictions) to defendants that have been charged with certain misdemeanor offenses. ODR allows defendants to participate in court proceedings online instead of going to the courthouse. Not all cases will qualify for ODR. To search for a case and register, visit the home page.
