If both parties agree to dismiss the case, both the Stipulation to Dismiss and the Stipulated Order of Dismissal will be filed electronically with the Court.

A Stipulation for Entry of Money Judgment Against Defendant is what is filed by the parties when both parties agree to settle the case in favor of the plaintiff and what the terms of the settlement are against the defendant. The Stipulated Judgment is a proposed judgment that is filed with the Stipulation for Entry of Money Judgment Against Defendant that the Judge will sign if he/she agrees with the terms reached by the parties. If both parties agree to settle the case in favor of the plaintiff, both the Stipulation for Entry of Money Judgment Against Defendant and the Stipulated Judgment will be filed electronically with the Court.

If the judge does not agree with the decision made by the parties, the Judge can reject or deny the agreement. At this point, the parties can either re-engage in electronic negotiations, or the case will proceed with arbitration.
