Program Impact

The majority of claims result in mediate settlement agreements. Our well-trained and dedicated dispute resolution staff facilitate mediation in a neutral and efficient manner. While the program strongly encourages settlement of claims through mediation, the settlement process is voluntary. If you elect to proceed to arbitration (if eligible), there are more than 700 skilled arbitrators available to preside over the hearing. Our fair and impartial process helps businesses and consumers maintain their relationship and avoid litigation.
