Your legal document outlining your areas of agreement will be prepared by the mediator and sent to both parties and any attorneys for review, approval, and signature. After all signatures are completed, the mediator will deliver the document to the assigned Judge for signature. You will receive an official copy of your signed Agreement in the mail after the process is completed and if there is a hearing set in your case, it may be vacated.
