This program allows parties in a case to mediate their request electronically by interacting online with a court mediator.
The ODR program provides a web-based forum that is private to you, the other party, and the court mediator. This program will allow you to attempt to resolve your pending matter(s) online via a court mediator at times that are convenient for you and without having to travel to the courthouse to appear in person. You will receive notifications via email and text message throughout the process which can be accessed on a computer or mobile device. The assessed fee for mediation is based upon the joint income of the Parties.
