Online Case Resolution (OCR) is a virtual platform. The platform allows you to conveniently resolve your State Court Traffic case online as if you were present in court. A prosecutor will review your case electronically and make an offer to you to resolve your case. Once the electronic documents have been reviewed, signed, and returned, they will be forwarded to a judge for review and approval.

You will need to enter your date of birth and your citation number OR your driver's license number to initiate the Online Case Resolution process.

Yes. Once you have entered your information, you will be guided through the process with step by step instructions that assist you with your Advisement of Rights, entering a plea, and uploading case related documentation.

No. You may sign up any time before your scheduled court date at your convenience, using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Once you initiate the Online Case Resolution process, you will have the opportunity to provide information electronically, about your ability to pay your fine in full. Some fines that need to be paid over a longer period of time will likely be supervised by the Probation Department.

Your ability upload and return all of the electronic documents successfully and timely could result in your case being completed within a matter of days. The caseloads of the prosecutors and the judges will also impact the closure of your case, but every effort is made to OCR cases to swift conclusion.
