Illinois Parenting Time Template
This is a program to help you and the other parent create a Parenting Plan together. A Parenting Plan sets parenting time and parental (decision-making) responsibilities.
A Parenting Plan is a standardized document approved by the Illinois Supreme Court. This program will help you and the other parent begin conversations about what the final form could look like. If you reach a partial or full agreement, you can print the form and present it to the judge assigned to your case for approval.
To use this service, you must:
- Live, or have a dispute arising in Winnebago County, Illinois.
- Have an active email address and access to the internet.
- Agree to the terms listed in the Agreement to Online Dispute Resolution.

Dispute Resolution is found on the registration page after parties have completed intake. We'll send a
link to register for ODR after you have entered your and the other party's contact information.

The 17th Circuit Court of Illinois is excited to offer online case review for
