46th District Court
Online Case Review

Southfield, MI

Attention: Those with an out-of-state or Canadian driver's license are not eligible for online case review.

What are the benefits of online negotiation?

It’s free to search and see if you are eligible and you can do it at your convenience from home, work, school, using your phone, tablet or computer.

Traffic Ticket? You could get your charge changed to one with no or fewer driver's license points. And you can do it online rather than going to court.

Warrant? Resolve a fail-to-pay warrant without getting arrested or coming to court to see the magistrate. If you have a fail-to-appear warrant you can pay your bond online and receive a new court date.

Parking Ticket? Have the court review your explanation online. You will have the ability to upload information regarding your parking violation. If you have more than one parking ticket, or if there is a hold on your license, you are not eligible for an online review.

How is it different online than in court?

It's not. Your case is reviewed, and a final decision is made by the magistrate.

Why does the court allow online case negotiation?

We all make mistakes, and the court is there to listen to you and help you resolve your case. For Traffic cases, If you have a good driving record, the magistrate and police officer may be willing to give you a lesser charge that does not add points to your license. Please note while the charge may not add points to your license some charges may still appear on your driving record. For Warrant cases, the court has created this site to provide you clear instructions on how to take care of your obligations.

How are payments made?

Payments can only be made with a credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit or debit card you will not be able to use the on-line case negotiation. Please note there may be processing fees for processing your payment.
