ODR is a process for the parties involved in the case to discuss the issues with the help of a neutral third party, outside of the courtroom. All discussions occur in an online environment at your convenience. Please contact your Investigator if you think Online Dispute Resolution may be beneficial for your case. Items for discussion may include:

• Developing a parenting plan with details regarding when the child(ren) will spend time with each parent;
• Working through questions about parenting time provisions in your court order.
• Discussing options for changing the parenting time schedule.

Your legal document outlining your areas of agreement will be prepared by the caseworker and sent to both parties for review, approval, and signature. After all signatures are completed, the caseworker will deliver the document to the assigned Judge for signature.
