As the place where justice starts, it is the mission of the Fairfax County General District Court to serve the people of Fairfax County by efficient and accessible administration of justice for all, and to treat all persons with integrity, fairness, and respect.

What we do:

The Fairfax County General District Court has jurisdiction over small claims civil cases in which the amount in controversy does not exceed $5,000.
