The Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) is pleased to have partnered with the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) and the Department of Business and Consumer Affairs (DCBA) in launching a free online dispute resolution program for Small Claims litigants. This new Los Angeles Online Dispute Resolution (LA-ODR) program launches February 24th, 2021 and will require Small Claims litigants to try and settle their disputes online prior to appearing in Court.

This new LA-ODR program allows parties to try negotiating amongst themselves first, but shares that free mediation services ? provided by CCR and DCBA ? are available if the parties wish to try out mediation.
To all current parties involved in a Small Claims case, if you have received your notification to register for LA-ODR, please visit https://my/lacourt/org/odr/small-claims per your letter to register for your Court ID and begin ODR. If you are interested in mediation, we at CCR will be the mediators there ready to help you through. Once you?ve registered, just select ?Request Mediation? to get started.
For any party who currently has a case registered with CCR?s ODR program, know that a CCR administrator will be in touch with you shortly on how to navigate your currently registered case.
