About Online Dispute Resolution

The court is pleased to offer Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) to you as a service of the court. ODR is an easy and flexible way to resolve a matter in a way that works for everyone. Most importantly, there is no cost to use the online system. ODR can help you resolve your matter in a way that can save the time and resources of coming to court in person.

ODR is an optional tool that is available to support the following court processes:

• Admit the offence and seek up to 18 months of time to pay.
• Admit the offence and seek a reduction in fine amount.
• Dispute the charge and request a hearing.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are responding to the ticket before the final response date with one of the options listed on the ticket.
