About Online Dispute Resolution

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is offered in small claims and eviction cases. Online Dispute Resolution can be used before a case is filed if both parties agree to participate. After a case is filed, you can contact the court to request ODR, or your case can be referred to mediation by the court. You can choose to negotiate directly with the other party or you can request a mediator at any time. A mediator will help you and the other party develop options for resolving the matter.
